#50 - The Postal Service - A Tattered Line Of String
What would make a visit to the laundromat more exciting? How about a sudden shift in the direction of gravity? The fact that this is probably The Postal Service's last music video makes it even better. We'll definitely miss them.
#49 - The Swiss - Connect
This one's gleefully weird. Computer generated objects and Japanese characters appear on screen in tune to the music. It's odd, colorful, and has an undeniable old-school feel to it. And the song's been stuck in my head for days!
#48 - Keep Shelly In Athens - Recollection
An old woman revisits past memories in this emotional and beautifully shot video. Oh yeah, and it has a lot of big bubbles. I wonder how many times they had to film the shots without the bubbles popping, it's really impressive.
#47 - The Magician - When The Night Is Over
This stop-motion video turns everyday objects into equalizers that bounce to the tune of the music. Another really catchy song and video with a creative idea.
#46 - Depeche Mode - Soothe My Soul
The first thing you notice about this video is its aspect ratio - how often do you see square-shaped videos anymore? The black-and-white video really fits the mood of the song with its creepy imagery intertwined with footage of the band playing.
#45 - Phonat - Ride The Prejudice
This one is pure eye candy. A series of wonky CGI objects morph onscreen, from strawberries to skulls to random geometric thingamajigs. The visual style of it all is really appealing to the eye, and it compliments the song nicely.

Thom Yorke is a better dancer than you.
#43 - Surkin - Oedo 606
It's a simple idea, but I love it. It really gives a sense of how huge the universe is. Zoom ooouuuttt, zoom iiinnn.
#42 - Classixx - All You're Waiting For
One of the highlights off of Classixx's album Hanging Gardens is turned into an equally jovial video. Nancy Whang plays a rich woman living the perfect life on a cruiseship, complete with adorable puppies and servants serving delicious drinks. It makes me laugh, but it also makes me jealous.
#41 - Jamie Lidell - You Naked
This video is the definition of goofy-cool. Cool projection effects serve as a backdrop to Lidell's smooth retro-funk jam. The coat he's wearing is similar to Rick Astley's, isn't it?
